Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
It been collected on the date for which the booking has been made, it cannot be collected on a later date unless a formal request has been accept by our team via email or SMS. If not collected on the date of booking, items will not be handed over if they are past their use by date even if a request for a pick up reschedule is made.
